עברתי לפני חצי שנה קוניזציה בגלל חשד לCIN3 תוצאות הביופסיה

sections show the presence of small cervix cone biopsy.At the transitional zone,around the entire cervical circumference , fill thickness, intra-epithelial squamous cell dysplasia-consistent with cin 3(servere dysplasia) Admixed kollocytosis of hpv infection are present too.The dysplasis is confined to the transitional zone and shows an abrupt transition to normal.ectocervical squamous epithelium externally and mucous secreting endocervical mucosa intemally .These intemal (endocervical) and(extemal) ectocervical margins of the cone biopsy are free of dysplasia.
There is no evidence of invasive malignancy.
