Kidney transplantation

I live in Naples Florida and would like to get some information about the process of kidney transplantation as it is performed in Israel. what do i need to do to get to the waiting list of Kidney transplantation? How and whom should i make an application to? what are the requirements? what will be the estimated cost ?is there any chance for those that are in an urgent need for a kidney but are not an Israeli citizens to enter this list ?
