hi my wife and me are trying to have a baby for the last 7 month so far, no luck i have done a Semen Analysis and this is the results: FSH is 3.4 testosterone is 4.3ng/dl volume of 2ml PH of 8 sperm concentration is 44.6 million per ml motility is 50% normal morphology is 20% I was also identified as a left varicocele My questions are: A. Is my Semen Analysis results will allow me to have a baby B. What are the benefits and risk of having microsurgical varicocelectomy or embolization C. Should i do the microsurgical varicocelectomy or embolization D. Whats the different between microsurgical varicocelectomy and embolization E. What is intrauterine insemination (I was told this is also an option) Thanks for the help
