LESIONS OF THE RIGHT BREAST AND RIGHT AXILLARY LYMPHADENOPATHY, OVERALL IMPROVED
NO DEFINITE NEW LESIONS
FINDINGS
The current study provides a technically much superior view of the lungs. Thin, high-resolution views of the lungs equivalent to the current series are not available. The current high-resolution views and the lung window views from the PET/CT were analyzed using automated detection program, with more than 250 nodules detected at this time, compared with 80 from earlier. All differences may be
due to differences in technique. Therefore, although new pulmonary lesions are suspected, they cannot be confirmed as real findings.
A complex nodal lesion in the right axilla and complex right breast lesions are again evaluated with contours defined as on the earlier analysis. Overall, there has been improvement, especially in the clinically evident right breast lesion that involves the nipple and skin. Evaluation of individual lesions
Evaluation of individual lesions is tabulated elsewhere, and the labels given them, their measurements, and their locations, as tabulated, have been saved to the PACS system and are considered part of the medical records. Trace pericardial effusion, present earlier and unchanged. Cardiomediastinum otherwise normal
Parenchymal organs normal: liver (with a small cyst), pancreas, spleen, adrenal glands, kidneys.
GB, bowel, and mesentery, uterus and adnexa normal
No thoracic, retroperitoneal, mesenteric, iliac, left axillary, or inguinal adenopathy
No peritoneal lesions .Urinary bladder distended. Small umbilical hernia
Degenerative changes T3-T7. Bones and soft tissues otherwise normal
