questions

hello
I have two questions please:
1) is sugerless candies are causing diharia ? I've been eating a sugarless chocolate about two hours ago, and now I have diharia, feeling a little waek
Can it be from that candy ?
2) i've noticed that sometimes after I have an attack of caught that i'm have the need to go to the toilet and sometimes the caoygth is coming when i'm in the middle of in the toilet.
Is there any connection between those symptoms ?
Are they can ocourr because of a sodden stress ?
