Clonex and Magnesium

As far as I know there is no interaction between those drugs, you can take them together but I suggest to seperate their intake 10 minutes apart.

According to my knowledge and experience with many patients, it is possible to heal anxiety using medicinal herbs.

Yea, I wont take the pills at the exact same time of the day, I meant together as in the same day. I decided to take the Magnesium on my own, since I read and hear about all it's benefits and since I found to have many of the symptoms that can be related to a lack of it. Such as increased heart beats for like ten years ever since I was 18 (with cardio tests that do not show anything), fatigue, etc
I hope the Magnesium will do it's magic, haha

Just to say about herbs, I used to take 'Region' by Hadas I remember, and I took about 6 pills a day and it didn't really have any effect on anxiety (panic attacks) the only effect was maybe that it got me sleepy... The herbs you suggested are any different? I would love to replace the Clonex with something natural, that work
