question about hypersense to

i have strange phenomena that in cold weather/wind (i currently live in north europe) i, i have *freezing * areas, even long after im at warm place, i still feel cold sensation that is almost menta like from the inside, mostly in the area of the thighs and lower stomach..is it known phenomena? its not that im cold when im inside but inner cold sensation that stays for hours..
dont know if related, but im also very sensitive to cold in the teeth, and must go with mouth protection ..i ..i will be very thankful for answer, it is very disturbing and i dont know what to do,
p.s im not sensitive to warm
