Semen analysis results

Dear Dr.,
I would appreciate your assistance with the interpretation of the following semen analysis results.
My husband is 34 years old, I am 35 years old, have been married for 8 years and been trying to conceive for over 6 months now.
Abstinence: 4 days
Spermatozoa, normal morphology, % : 11 standard range >=4%
WBC count, semen: 1 Standard range <=1 mil./ml
Semen volume: 2.2 Standard range >=1.5 ml
Sperm count, semen: 12 Standard range>=15 mil./ml
Spermatozoa, immotile %: 30
Sperm motility 1+ and 2+: 26 Standard range >=40
Sperm motility 3+: 33
Sperm motility 4+: 11 Standard range >=32%
Total motile sperm count: 12 Standard range >=39 mil./Spec

I would appreciate knowing how these results affect the chances of
naturally conceiving, how does the motility affect the chances of conceiving and whether we should consider IUI.
