Varicocele

I need you assistance - I am scheduled for a varicocele operation next week. It seems there is no agreement if this will assist with future pregnancy. I am a 33 yo healthy male, a father for a 2 yo baby. we tried getting pregnant again but we couldnt - then realized I have varicocele. The Dr. said this will assist with producing sperm. All of my blood test results are great, from chromosoms to tostestoron, but my spem count is low and the quality/mortility as well.
What is the best thing to do??? Please help.
