פענוח MRI עמוד שדרה מותני

שלום.
בשבוע האחרון ביצעתי בדיקת MRI עמוד שדרה מותני. היום קיבלתי את התוצאות באנגלית ואינני מבינה דבר. יש לי תור לרופא המטפל בעוד כחודש ואני מודאגת. אודה על העזרה בפענוח הבדיקה :


T11-T12
there is a right paracentral herniation encroaching at the ostium of the right neural foramen. no definite never root compression is noted. degenerative changes of the facet joints , bilaterally.

L1-L2
small left paracentral herniation

L2-L3
hypertrophic degenerative changes involve the left facet joint narrows the left naural formen

L3-L4
there is loss of disc height and disc signal. there is a circumferential buging disc and a small hyperintensity within the bulging disc suggesting an annular tear
there is a hypertrophic degenerative changes of the facet joints with narrowing of the neural formen more promnent on the left than the right

L4-L5
there is loss of dosc signal and disc heigh. there is modic type I changes. the bulging disc narrows the spinal canal and the neural foramina degenerative productive changes of the facet joints are more on the left then the right.

L5-S1
loss of disc signal and disc height with a left paracentral herniation that narrows the left neural formen and compresses the exiting left S1 never root.

clinical correlation is advised.

modic type II changes are noted
