ופנתי לבדיקת MRI בעקבות כאבים חזקים בצד שמאל מותן לאחר תנועה לא טובה . כיום כאבים בעמידה ולחץ במותן בעיר צד שמאל לפעמים גם באמצע יש תחושה של מגבלה להתכופף קדימה. מצורף תשובת MRI ( לא בארץ)

MRI-LUMBAR SPINE -C: History: Back and left leg pain Multiplanar, multisequential imaging of the lumbar spine performed without contrast No prior studies available for comparison Findings: The vertebral bodies are normal in height without collapse. The alignment is maintained. There is loss of disa signal at L5-S1 The conus is normal in position and signal At L1-2, there is no focal disc herniation or significant stenosis At. 12-3, there is a small left foraminal disc herniation without contact with the exiting nerve root At L3-4, there is a disc bulge flattening the ventral thecal sac contact with the exiting nerve root At L4-5, there is a disc bulge and facet hypertrophy with mild to along with small bilateral foraminal disc herniation without moderate foraminal narrowing, left greater than right At L5-S1, there is a disc bulge with superimposed moderate central disc herniation impinging upon the ventral thecal sac. There is moderate right and mild left foraminal narrowing No paraspinal masses are identified IMPRESSION ?2-3: Small left foraminal disc herniation without definite contact with the exiting nerve root. L3-4: Disc bulge flattens the ventral thecal sac. Small bilateral foraminal disc herniation without definite contact with the exiting nerve roots L4-5: Disc bulge, facet hypertrophy and mild/moderate foraminal narrowing, left greater than right L5-S1: Disc bulge with moderate-sized central disc herniation Moderate right and mild left foraminal narrowing
