סיוע בהבנת תוצאות מיאלוגרפיה

שלום, לפני כשש שנים עברתי ניתוח לקיבוע עמ"ש מותני מגובה L4 - S1. לפני כשנה וחצי חזרו כאבים בשתי הרגליים ומספר תופעות שהיו לפני הניתוח. לאחר בדיקה אצל הרופא המנתח נשלחתי לבצע בדיקת מיאלוגרפיה (עם חומר ניגודי). הייתי מבקש סיוע בהבנת הממצאים (התור לרופא המנתח נקבע לעוד כחודשיים....) ואני קצת מוטרד והרבה יותר מזה סקרן... :) להלן הממצאים: CT myelography was performed extending from the T11 througe S2 levels A laminectomy is seen involving the L4 and L5 bodies. A posterior fixation is noted with bilateral pedicular screws and posterior plates extending from the L4 through S1 levels. The right L4 screw is noted to be transversing in a medial and superior plane extending thrugh the superior L4 end plate into the inferior aspect of the 4/5 disc space. The screw does not apper to break througe the medial wall of the right pedicle. A screw tract is seen inferior and lateral to the right L4 pedicular screw whice may represent previous repositioning. Bony fusion is seen through the 5/1 disc space as well as the L4 through S1 levels lateral to the left plate. A questionable bony fusion is seen on right at the L4/5 level lateral to the right posterior fixation plate. A mild 3/4 disc bulging is seen, Questionably touching the exiting right L3 nerve root at the extra foraminal region. A suggeestion of a mild clumping of nerve roots is seen in the right aspect of the thecal sac at the L4 level. this may represent a mild arachnoiditis effacement of the fat is seen in the right anterior aspect of the canal at the 4/5 disc level. this may represent post operative scarring images, however a small disc protrusion at this level cannot be excluded מה משמעות פענוח זה? האם זה מסביר את אובדן התחושה ונמלול ברגלים?
