my child made fixing brit in israel when he was 8 mounth old cuse there was to much left skin on the head
the result we can see now 3 years later the mohel cut most of the skin
when the pines stand it ussing the skin testecle
and after the testecle skin looks long like when people sick or old
can we do anything about it
thats plus ugly scare

I do not know if there is congenital defect or after brit that looks that your son has a high scrotal insertion that must be fixed
The procedure relatively easy and can be done here in Israel
