Haemophilia treatment in Israel

Hello, my name is Jason and I have Haemophilia type A. I'm considering moving to Israel and have many queries.I do apologise for my many question. Is there, perhaps, a number/person I could speak to? (I'm currently in Israel) Many thanks for your time!
I have been using Recombinant factor VIII (Kogenate Bayer) for many years now. My prophylactic dose is 2000 units every other day. In the case of a bleed I treat myself with an additional 2000 units.
If I were to receive my medication in Israel would I be entitled to Recombinant factor VIII? If not, what is used to treat Haemophilia patients?
What does health insurance cover with regards to Haemophilia? Roughly how much does this cost Haemophilia patients?
Are syringes and other supplies such as cotton wool and sharps bins (disposing of used needles) included in the health insurance plan?
How is the medication supplied to the patient (i.e. monthly pick-up , collection from hospital etc.)?
What company supplies Israel with Haemophilia treatment and what country does it arrive from?
How regular are patient check-ups and do these occur at a specialist Haemophilia centre? What is involved in a routine check-up?
If I were to receive my health care in Israel would I be assigned to a specialist Haemophilia clinic? If so how many of these are there in Israel and where are they situated?
If I were in emergency need of health care would a Haemophilia specialist be instantly notified and involved in my treatment?
