looks like herpes but not sure

what can be the symptom of line on the penis with 3 to 4 bumps on it looks like herpes but i suspect its not cuse i never got herpes in that earea .now after week and a half its over the line staid with some scares. its happened after oral sex .2 till3 days after
what kind of checking should i do can it be scrab or new deases. i got herpes that in the last 4 years i get just on the leg .very far from my pines
can it be i got new herpes like type 1 and this is the reaction
of someone that has already type 2
also i have to mention that before i usealy get herpes i can feel pain in the lympa.this time no. a little scracsing and after the bumps
