diabetes in early pregnancy

I am 10 weeks pregnant with diabetes. I've had a miscarriage last August at 11.5 weeks. We found out I had diabetes when I was 7 weeks pregnant and it seems it's a result of the stress of the pregnancy. I know that having diabetes early in the pregnancy (6-12 weeks) can be a risk for the baby in regards to heart defects and/or complications. Could you please tell me what are the testings and screenings that I need to go through in my condition?
