Blood tests and laparoscopy

Hi,
I am scheduled to have laparoscopy on Sunday. Just did my blood tests today and - there are some values out of the normal scale.
I am 29, female.
%NEUT 36.8
%LYM 51.5
NEUT.abs 1.8
From what I understand these values have/may have something to do with infections.
Do you think I can still get the surgery done??
Another side question - My cholesterol is 209.2 (last Aug it was a perfect 167.1). I hardly eat any eggs, red meat, dairy or fatty food (I am on a special diet actually since Aug).
Any ideas of what can be the cause for that??
