ANA results

Hi,

for the last 3 months I had joint pains and rash over my chest.
the joint pain got worse and went all over the body gradually.
my blood results were fine except from ANA which was positive.

at the beginning the ANA was 1:320, afterwards it improved to 1:240, and 1 week ago it was improved again to 1:80 (but stil positive).

I'm living in China. the Dr' here suspected at the beginning that it's Lupus but my joints are not swallow or red, no mullar rash and the other parameters in my blood are negative.

all other kidney and other functions are normal as well.

maybe I should mention that 2 weeks ago I did a tattoo and my body reacted bad and rejected it. the Dr' gave me antibiotics cream for that. both of my feet got swollen after the tattoo.

I did the last blood results (with the ana 1:80) after I put the antibiotic cream.

I know it's not enough details but can you pls explain to me, how can it be that the ANA is improving?

can it be that I had a periodical joint infection and it disappears by itself?

*The Dr' just gave me Novartis which made 50 % of the pain go away but it shouldn't have affected the blood results since I did them before starting this med'.
