HIV PEP/PErP Question - Emergency!

Hello there to the Medical staff, Sorry for writing in English but i

find it easier then typing in Hebrew, I do however fully understand

Hebrew so you could simply reply in Hebrew.

My question is the following:
Last night I was exposed to an HIV risk infection - test positive , I

myself sure negative as I tested myself about a week ago - how ironic

- any way I rushed to the hospital and the doctor ther gave me a PEP

drug.
I looked up about PEP and saw many advise on a Combo Drug of as a

combo drug like Combivir.
what the Doctor gave me is very similar but slightly different. what

I was given is Zidovudine 250Mg & Lamivudine 150Mg & Nevirapine 200Mg

as a Tri combo pill.
please note the the drug was not given to me in Israel as I am on the

way to ISR and didn't want to waist time on starting the
treatment.
the Only Difference between Combivir and the Drug I was subscribed is

that the Zidovudine is 250mg rather then 300Mg as Combivir has and my

drug has a third Drug in it
My question is was the Drug Subscribed to me for the PEP treatment is

fine or I should switch immediately to the Zidovudine 300Mg &

Lamivudine 150Mg

I am a fairly small body weight of about 65-70Kg and in my 30's in

age.
